Apartment 1 - Ground Floor:

	The apartment on the ground floor of our farm house covers approximately 100 square meters and exists for a bit more than a year now. Thus modern and state of the art equipment will receive our guests! Besides two sleeping rooms (one with double bed and one with a double and a single bed) there is a spacious kitchen/living room area, a big bathroom and seperate restrooms. A big, light corridor conects the rooms. The kitchen/living room windows open into the garden and the view to the private natural pool, making it convenient and easy to have an eye on the kids
The kitchen/livingroom is situated in a spacious room that is optically seperated by a 1.5 meters high wall. In the kitchen itself you will find everything that is necessary (dishes, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, mircowave-oven, a.s.o.)and makes cooking a convenient pleasure.
	In the living room area you will find convenient furniture made of full-wood, satellite-tv and radio. Additionally, you will discover various books and games for both adults and kids in the entrance area of the apartment.
The stylish bathroom of the apartment has both, shower and extra big bath (for two people). Towel-dryer, radio  and mosaic styling of the walls make the room a place for a relaxed wellness experience!
